About Us Fictive is the brain child of three young folk based in Australia. Basically we got tired of the mass-produced and unattractive range of t-shirts available in Australia. So we decided to create our own range of limited run t-shirt designs. Our focus is on high quality materials and printing without the use of sweat shop labour, but still at an affordable price. The result - Fictive t-shirts.
One of the Fictive goals is to get other budding designers involved. We want to tap into the wealth of talent out there to create stylish t-shirts for all. So if you have a t-shirt idea and want to see it developed into a quality garment, just send it in and see your imagination become created.

About our t-shirts
We use American Apparel garments. American Apparel is a vertically integrated manufacturer that has consolidated all stages of production under the one roof in Downtown Los Angeles. Their system cuts out the middlemen and enables them to be sweatshop free. Sweatshop free means offering all employees basic benefits such as affordable healthcare, paid leave and the highest wages in the garment industry. Vertical integration also helps them supply the highest-quality product on the market since no steps in the development process are outsourced. American Apparel is also a pioneer in environmental responsibility being the only manufacturer of its size committed to recycling all of its scraps and taking steps such as installing rooftop solar panels which now generate around 20% of the energy required operate their facility.
Our screen printing is performed locally in NSW by an experienced master screen printer who we have worked closely with to create exacting, detail and visually stunning prints.
Fictive T-Shirts can be cold machine washed with minimal shrinkage and tumble dried on a low heat. Please don't iron the prints.
We're not only about t-shirts
We'd like to make a difference at the same time as producing cool t-shirts. So we'll give a portion of our profits to environmental and human aid organisations and programs such as World Wildlife Fund, Australian Bush Heritage Fund and Child Fund Australia. We may not save the earth in one hit, but it's a start. [more]
