1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping on Fictive is safe. Fictive uses PayPal which protects your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with Fictive. PayPal is a world leader on online payments with over 100 million member accounts in 103 countries and regions.

2. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Fictive will replace any unworn clothing item that is defective in materials or construction with the same item or an item of equal value. Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Please include your address details and details of which items (and sizes) you require. Please insure your return shipment. Fictive assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

If you do not want to exchange your returned goods for another item then you must inform us of this. Your credit card will then be reimbursed with the full purchase price minus shipping costs once we have received your returned goods.

3. How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping in Australia, you should receive your order between 1 and 6 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. If you chose the Express option, you’ll receive your order in 1-3 business days. Overseas orders are shipped using Australia Post International Air Mail, delivery times vary depending on location but are usually 3 to 10 days. 

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders via PayPal, if you have a PayPal account you can also use Bank Transfer.

5. How do I order items with Cheques or Money Orders??

At this time we do not accept Cheques or Money Orders.

6. Do you ship to addresses outside Australia?

Yes, we’ll ship to any country listed in the Country list in our check out. If your Country is not listed please email us at sales@fictive.com.au and we will see what we can do to help you. 

7. Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses in Australia.

8. What do you charge for standard shipping an order in Australia?

The cost of standard shipping is AU$5.00 in Australia. If extra shipping charges apply, they will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering.

9. When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorisation failure. What went wrong?

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payment.

10. Do you do back orders?

Fictive does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

11. Do you have a catalogue?

Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalogue. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalogue.

12. What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at Fictive?

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites. You need to enable cookies on your browser to enjoy all the shopping features at Fictive. Cookies need to be enabled on your browser so you can add products to your shopping cart and to access your Fictive account information. If you share your computer with others and you do not want them to have access to your account information, be sure to log out before leaving your computer unattended.

13. What are the shipping costs for international orders?

Prices for shipping overseas vary depending on location. You can quickly get an idea of the cost by adding the t-shirts you want to the cart then going to the checkout and selecting your country. All overseas orders use Australia Post International Air Mail.
