The following outlines the terms and conditions for the sale of Fictive products.

1. All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
2. Payment is processed through the PayPal secure payment gateway. Payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard or directly from your PayPal account. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared Fictive. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
3. Fictive will be not be held liable for any damage, loss or harm arising from the use of its products.
4. Goods sold by Fictive are covered under the Trade Practices ACT 1974 (Australia) Any disputes rising between Fictive and the consumer will be determined by courts or tribunals in Australia.
5. The customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping rates are detailed in our Shipping Information.
6. Fictive will not be held liable for delays or loss in shipping due to third party activities.
7. Although items are usually in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. If items ordered are not in stock, Fictive will advise an estimated delivery date.
