Shipping Information

We don't want you to have to pay a fortune in shipping, so we keep our rates as low as we can and let you buy as much as you want at one low rate for Australian orders. 

Australian Shipping

1. Standard: $AU 5.00 Flate rate for unlimited items using Australia Post Delivery (1-6 days delivery time). 
2. Express: $AU 10.00 Flate rate for unlimited items using Australia Post Express Post (1-3 days delivery time).

These shipping rates include postage and packing.

Prices for shipping overseas vary depending on location. You can quickly get an idea of the cost by adding the t-shirts you want to the cart then going to the checkout and selecting your country. All overseas orders use Australia Post International Air Mail which takes 3-10 days to most countries.

Returns Policy

Fictive will replace any unworn clothing item that is defective in materials or construction with the same item or an item of equal value. Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Please include your address details and details of which items (and sizes) you require. Please insure your return shipment. Fictive assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

If you do not want to exchange your returned goods for another item then you must inform us of this. Your credit card will then be reimbursed with the full purchase price minus shipping costs once we have received your returned goods.
